prescribing glasses and contact lenses, vision therapy for
children, pediatric exams diabetic eye exams, diagnosing and
managing eye diseases and more. Dr. Fatula, his wife Crystal and daughter Maya are lifelong residents of DuBois.
Dr. Dan Fatula's staff is well trained and eager to assist you in all of your eye care needs. We are here to help you look and see your best. From routine eye exams for glasses and contact lenses to diabetic checks or glaucoma management, our doctor is here for you.
We will take the time to answer all of your questions and treat you with respect. Our office prides itself on providing the best patient experience. You will not feel like you are just another number or rushed through your exam.
Our office is conveniently located in the DuBois Walmart Supercenter. You'll find us at the front of the store by the left entrance. Our experienced and friendly staff is ready to assist you in all your eye care needs. We have a large selection of frames, lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and optical accessories.
