»» Hair & Nail Salon (5)Georgia's Main Street Salon is the second salon that I have owned. My first was titled Georgia Slagle's Beauty Salon which opened in 1976. In 1983 I opened a second salon at the Main Street Mall. After years of running both salons I combined my businesses in the mall salon. In 2004 the salon was moved across the street to the current address at 129 Dubois St. The location is easy to find on the corner. There is plenty of parking on both sides of the building and there are no stairs. All this makes a visit to the salon very easy!
The experience staff I have now is one of the best I have ever worked with. We want to be known as a "TRUE "family salon where everyone feels welcome and appreciated as soon as they enter the salon. We are a full service family salon that uses the best products available. We keep a wide variety of retail products and have periodic sales to make it easier for our clients to obtain the products they need to maintain their style.
Hair loss and replacement is a special service we offer for men and women. Free and private consultations are available for anyone concerned with their hair loss. There are many wigs in stock and we have catalogs to order from. Recently we have connected with a company who handles the newest techniques and styles for men with their hair loss problems. Products are available for any hair loss problem you may have. We welcome you to come into the salon for a consultation and to see what is available.
After many obstacles through the years I feel very fortunate to be able to say this is my 31st year in business, a business that I truly love. I have a great staff and we work as a team.
